The NHS has a tough job, and effective, human communication is at the core of providing the best possible care for their patients. So I was thrilled to begin working with the Trust, alongside design agency 20/20, back in 2013 to help them stick their stake in the ground with a new brand that better reflected their values. Since then, I’ve helped them develop a number of communication strategies and provided support to their communications and web teams to make them happen.
